Icom analogue and IDAS radios
We have a ready made cable kit that connects an Icom
radio to a Mimer Network Interface.
This gives remote capability of audio and PTT.
(No virtual control head)
All connections are made from the rear 25 pin connector on the radio.
The radio can simoultaneusly be used as a standard radio with its control
head, microphone and speaker.
Suitable Network Interface is 3009/09.
Example of use
- Local use when several dispatchers want to share one radio
- Remote use where a dispatcher at one location want to talk to radio
users at a different location
- CrossPatch between IDAS radio and other two way radio, like analogue,
DMR, Tetra or MPT
